Cocoa House

The first skyscraper in West Africa. It is located in Dugbe, the Central Business District of Ibadan. It was built from proceeds of agricultural commodities by the then Government of Western State of Nigeria. The building is a source of joy and pride for the residents of Ibadan.

Mapo Hall

The colonial-style Ibadan City Hall on top of Mapo Hill in Ibadan is an architectural masterpiece. Mapo Hall was commissioned during the colonial era by Captain Ross in 1929. It is the official City Hall of Ibadan. A visit to the topmost floor of Mapo Hall will give you a panoramic view of the city.

Bowers Tower

Located in Oke –Are, the tower was built in 1930 by Captain Robert Lister Bower, one of the colonialists. From the top of the tower, one could see at a glance the four corners of Ibadan metropolis.

Agodi Garden

A tourist attraction in the city of Ibadan, Nigeria. The gardens sit on 150 acres of land and shared boundary with the Government Secretariat, Ibadan. Agodi Gardens was created in 1967 and was renovated in 2012 by the Oyo State Government. The attractions at the garden includes, Water park, Lake, Play area and rides for children, Picnic and Gardens area, Magnus Paintball Game, a lounge and food court.

The Zoological Garden, University of Ibadan

The Zoological Garden University of Ibadan has been in existence over six decades and it is mainly for conservation, education and entertainment purposes.
